Prenatal yoga is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of a changing body, helping to alleviate common discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue. Each session is carefully structured to help your body remember the sequences and develop muscle memory. This preparation becomes invaluable as you approach the later stages of pregnancy, giving you the strength, energy, and resilience to embrace the final weeks and the birthing process with confidence and ease.
I have been teaching prenatal yoga since 2015 to countless moms in Bangkok, both in the comfort of their homes and at some of the city’s most prominent yoga studios. As a registered E-RYT & RPYT with over 1,700 hours of teaching experience, I’m passionate about supporting moms-to-be on their journey to motherhood.
